กระบวนการผลิตถังไฟเบอร์กลาส

กระบวนการผลิตถังไฟเบอร์กลาส ผลิตโดยใช้เครื่องพันแบบเฉียง หรือ Filament Winding และออกแบบโดยใช้มาตรฐาน ASME RTP-1-2000 โดยอ้างอิงคุณสมบัติของวัสดุต่างๆที่ใช้ในการผลิต ใช้ มาตรฐาน ASTM D-3299  กระบวนการผลิตทุกขั้นตอน ควบคมโดยวิศวกรที่มีประสบการณ์นานกวา 10 ปี

     Manufacturing of Fiberglass Tanks Made by the Filament Winding machine And designed under ASME RTP-1-2000 standard. For the reference properties of  various materials used the ASTM D-3299 standard  and each production step. Control by experienced engineers for more than 10  years.

	A– Primer Layer-  the Resin-rich layer of chemical resistance  vinyl ester is uniformly applied to an inner surface mat of fiberglass reinforcement. surfacing veil or nexus veil depending upon the customer’s products to be stored.
	B– Corrosion Barrier – the Resin –rich layer of chemical resistance  vinyl ester is uniformly applied with a chopped-strand matt layer of fiberglass.
	C– Structure  Layer- the filament-wound layer. Impregnated with polyester resin, is applied for highest circumferential strenght. The thickness of this layer are varies with tank dimension and specification of customer’s product.
	D– Top-Coat Layer- The Resin-rich layer of chemical resistance vinyl ester is uniformly applied into an final surface of filament-wound layer an outer surface will be coated with UV protection resin  can installation of out door application
